The Prophet ﷺ said, "The people of the Fire who are truly its inhabitants will neither die there nor live. But there are people whom the Fire afflicts on account of their sins or wrongdoings until they are reduced to charcoal. Then permission is granted for intercession, and they are brought out in groups upon groups and cast onto the rivers of Paradise. It will be said, 'People of Paradise, pour water over them.' Then they sprout forth as a seed sprouts in the silt left by a flood."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن أبي مسلمة قال سمعت أبا نضرة
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال إن أهل النار الذين هم أهل النار لا يموتون فيها ولا يحيون ولكنها تصيب قوما بذنوبهم أو خطاياهم حتى إذا صاروا فحما أذن في الشفاعة فيخرجون ضبائر ضبائر فيلقون على أنهار الجنة فيقال يا أهل الجنة أهريقوا عليهم من الماء قال فينبتون كما تنبت الحبة في حميل السيل
