Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Gold for gold, silver for silver, dates for dates, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, and salt for salt, equal for equal, like for like. Whoever gives more or asks for more has engaged in usury. The one who takes and the one who gives are equally guilty."
