We went on a military expedition with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Fadak and Khaybar. Allah granted His Messenger victory over Fadak and Khaybar, and the people began eating from a vegetable they had, namely garlic and onions.They then came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he detected its smell and was bothered by it. When the people returned, he said, "Do not eat it. Whoever eats any of it should not come near our gathering."On the day of Khaybar, the people also began eating the meat of domestic donkeys. They set up their cooking pots, and I set up my pot among those who did. News of this reached the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "I forbid you from it, I forbid you from it," saying it twice. So the pots were overturned, and I overturned my pot along with those who overturned theirs.

غزونا مع رسول الله ﷺ فدك وخيبر قال ففتح الله على رسوله فدك وخيبر فوقع الناس في بقلة لهم هذا الثوم والبصل قال فراحوا إلى رسول الله ﷺ فوجد ريحها فتأذى به ثم عاد القوم فقال ألا لا تأكلوه فمن أكل منها شيئا فلا يقربن مجلسنا قال ووقع الناس يوم خيبر في لحوم الحمر الأهلية ونصبوا القدور ونصبت قدري فيمن نصب فبلغ ذلك النبي ﷺ فقال أنهاكم عنه أنهاكم عنه مرتين فأكفئت القدور فكفأت قدري فيمن كفأ
