Abbas heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention his uncle Abu Talib, who said, "Perhaps my intercession will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection, so that he will be placed in a shallow pool of Fire reaching only to his ankles, yet from it his brain will boil."
حدثنا هارون بن معروف حدثنا ابن وهب قال حيوة حدثني ابن الهاد أن عبد الله بن خباب حدثهم
أنه سمع رسول الله ﷺ وذكر عنده عمه أبو طالب فقال لعله أن تنفعه شفاعتي يوم القيامة فيجعل في ضحضاح من النار يبلغ كعبيه يغلي منه دماغه
