He was with Abu Saeed, who was in the company of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ entered and saw a man sitting in the middle of the mosque with his fingers interlocked, talking to himself. The Prophet ﷺ gestured to him, but the man did not notice.He then turned to Abu Saeed and said, "When one of you prays, let him not interlock his fingers, for interlocking fingers is from Satan. One of you remains in a state of prayer as long as he is in the mosque, until he leaves it."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا عبيد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن موهب عن عمه
أنه كان مع أبي سعيد وهو مع رسول الله ﷺ قال فدخل النبي ﷺ فرأى رجلا جالسا وسط المسجد مشبكا بين أصابعه يحدث نفسه فأومأ إليه النبي ﷺ فلم يفطن قال فالتفت إلى أبي سعيد فقال إذا صلى أحدكم فلا يشبكن بين أصابعه فإن التشبيك من الشيطان فإن أحدكم لا يزال في صلاة ما دام في المسجد حتى يخرج منه
