The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was once reminded of his uncle Abu Talib, and he said, "Perhaps my intercession will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection, so that he will be placed in a shallow part of the Fire reaching up to his ankles, from which his brain will boil."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا ليث عن ابن الهاد عن عبد الله بن خباب
أن رسول الله ﷺ ذكر عنده عمه أبو طالب فقال لعله تنفعه شفاعتي يوم القيامة فيجعل في ضحضاح من النار يبلغ كعبيه يغلي منه دماغه
