Ali bin Abu Talib reported,

A servant girl of the Prophet ﷺ committed fornication, and he ordered me to carry out the prescribed punishment on her. I found her still bleeding from childbirth, so I came back to him and informed him of this.He said, "When her bleeding has stopped, then carry out the punishment on her. Carry out the prescribed punishments on those whom your right hands possess."This is the wording of the hadith of Ishaq bin Ismail.

أن خادما للنبي ﷺ فجرت فأمرني أن أقيم عليها الحد فوجدتها لم تجف من دمها فأتيته فذكرت له فقال إذا جفت من دمها فأقم عليها الحد أقيموا الحدود على ما ملكت أيمانكم وهذا لفظ حديث إسحاق بن إسماعيل
