Abu Hurairah reported,

Marwan used to appoint him as his deputy to lead the prayer whenever he went on Hajj or Umrah. He would lead the people in prayer and say takbir after the bowing and after the prostration. When he finished, he would say, "I am the most similar of you in prayer to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

عن أبي هريرة قال

كان مروان يستخلفه على الصلاة إذا حج أو اعتمر فيصلي بالناس فيكبر خلف الركوع وخلف السجود فإذا انصرف قال إني لأشبهكم صلاة برسول الله ﷺ
