He mentioned that two men claimed ownership of an animal and neither had any evidence, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered them to draw lots to determine who would take the oath.

أنه ذكر رجلين ادعيا دابة ولم يكن لهما بينة فأمرهما النبي ﷺ أن يستهما على اليمين
