Abu Hurairah reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "A tyrant from the tyrants of Banu Umaya will bleed from his nose upon my pulpit, his blood flowing down."He said, Someone who witnessed it told me that Amr bin Saeed bin As bled from his nose upon the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until his blood flowed down.

سمع أبا هريرة يقول

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ليرعفن على منبري جبار من جبابرة بني أمية يسيل رعافه قال فحدثني من رأى عمرو بن سعيد بن العاص رعف على منبر رسول الله ﷺ حتى سال رعافه
