The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever deliberately lies about me, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا عبد الله حدثنا عبد الأعلى بن حماد النرسي حدثنا أبو عوانة عن عبد الأعلى عن أبي عبد الرحمن
قال رسول الله ﷺ من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار
Its isnad is daif, due to the weakness of Abdul-Ala Thalabi. The hadith has already appeared with another sahih isnad, 584. See also 1001, 1070.Abdul-Ala bin Hammad Narsi is trustworthy. Bukhari, Muslim, Abdullah bin Ahmad, and others narrated from him. Narsi, with a fatha on the noon and a sakin on the ra, refers to Nars, a river in Kufa with several villages along it.This hadith and the one before it are among the additions of Abdullah bin Ahmad.
