Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection death will be brought forward in the form of a ram, and it will be announced, 'People of Paradise, do you recognize this?' They will peer out in fear and say, 'Yes.' Then the people of the Fire will be called, 'Do you recognize this?' and they will say, 'Yes.' Then it will be slaughtered, and it will be proclaimed, 'Eternity in Paradise, and eternity in the Fire.'"Aswad bin Amir told us that Abu Bakr reported to them, from Asim, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, a similar report, except that he added, "It is brought onto the Bridge and slaughtered there."
