The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man must not propose marriage over the proposal of his brother, nor bid over the bid of his brother. A woman must not be married to a man already married to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. A woman must not demand the divorce of her sister so as to empty her dish for herself, but let her marry, for she will have only what Allah has written for her."
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا هشام بن حسان عن محمد
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يخطب الرجل على خطبة أخيه ولا يسوم على سوم أخيه ولا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها ولا تسأل طلاق أختها لتكتفئ ما في صحفتها ولتنكح فإنما لها ما كتب الله لها
