The Prophet ﷺ said, "If anyone goes bankrupt while owing money to a group of people, and one of them finds his own goods intact in the bankrupt person's possession, he has the greater right to them than anyone else."
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا سعيد عن قتادة عن النضر بن أنس عن بشير بن نهيك
عن النبي ﷺ من أفلس بمال قوم فرأى رجل متاعه بعينه فهو أحق به من غيره
