Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Fire complained to its Lord , saying, 'Parts of me have consumed other parts.' So He permitted it two breaths, one in winter and one in summer. The most intense heat you experience comes from its heat, and the most intense cold you experience comes from its bitter cold."

عن أبي هريرة قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ اشتكت النار إلى ربها عز وجل فقالت أكل بعضي بعضا فأذن لها بنفسين فأشد ما تجدون من الحر من حرها وأشد ما تجدون من البرد زمهريرها
