Abu Hurairah reported,

When one of you sleeps, three knots are tied upon his head with silk. If he wakes and remembers Allah , one knot is loosened. If he proceeds to perform ablution, the second knot is loosened. If he then proceeds to pray, the third knot is loosened. But if he wakes in the morning without having risen during the night and without having prayed, he wakes with it, meaning the silk, still upon him.

عن أبي هريرة قال

إذا نام أحدكم عقد على رأسه ثلاث عقد بحرير فإن قام فذكر الله عز وجل أطلقت واحدة وإن مضى فتوضأ أطلقت الثانية فإن مضى فصلى أطلقت الثالثة فإن أصبح ولم يقم شيئا من الليل ولم يصل أصبح وهو عليه يعني الحرير
