Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

Umar addressed the people and said, "Allah permitted His Prophet ﷺ whatever He willed, and the Prophet of Allah ﷺ has now passed on his way. So complete the Hajj and Umra as Allah commanded you, and guard the chastity of these women."

خطب عمر رضي الله عنه الناس فقال إن الله عز وجل رخص لنبيه ﷺ ما شاء وإن نبي الله ﷺ قد مضى لسبيله فأتموا الحج والعمرة كما أمركم الله عز وجل وحصنوا فروج هذه النساء
