The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the prayer is called, walk to it with calmness and dignity. Pray whatever you catch, and make up whatever you miss."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال حدثنا سعيد وعبد الوهاب عن سعيد المعنى عن قتادة عن أبي رافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أقيمت الصلاة فامشوا إليها وعليكم السكينة والوقار فما أدركتم فصلوا وما فاتكم فاقضوا
Its chain of transmission is sahih. It has already passed at 7649 and 9796. Abdul-Wahhab is Ibn Ata al-Khaffaf, a trustworthy narrator whose hadith everyone accepts.
