The Prophet ﷺ saw Hasan bin Ali take a date from the dates of charity and place it in his mouth, chewing it. The Prophet ﷺ said to him three times, "Kakh, kakh! Charity is not lawful for us."

أن النبي ﷺ رأى الحسن بن علي أخذ تمرة من تمر الصدقة فلاكها في فيه فقال له النبي ﷺ كخ كخ ثلاثا إنا لا تحل لنا الصدقة
