ﷺ An orphan girl must be consulted about her own marriage. If she stays silent, that silence is her consent, and if she refuses, no authority may be exercised over her.
وبإسناده هذا قال ﷺ تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها فإن سكتت فهو إذنها وإن أبت فلا جواز عليها
