The Prophet ﷺ instructed him to take charge of his sacrificial camels and ordered him to distribute all of them, their meat, their hides, and their saddle-cloths, and not to give any part of them to the butcher as payment for slaughtering.
حدثنا يحيى حدثنا ابن جريج أخبرني حسن بن مسلم وعبد الكريم أن مجاهدا أخبرهما أن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى أخبره أن
أن النبي ﷺ أمره أن يقوم على بدنه وأمره أن يقسم بدنه كلها لحومها وجلودها وجلالها ولا يعطي في جزارتها منها شيئا
Its isnad is sahih. It is a repetition of 593, and an extended version of 897. Al-jilal, with a kasra on the jim, is the plural of jull, with damma and fatha on the jim, referring to the covering placed on an animal to protect it.
