I saw the Prophet ﷺ, when he prostrated, place his knees down before his hands, and when he rose, lift his hands before his knees.
حدثنا الحسن بن علي وحسين بن عيسى قالا حدثنا يزيد بن هارون أخبرنا شريك عن عاصم بن كليب عن أبيه
رأيت النبي ﷺ إذا سجد وضع ركبتيه قبل يديه وإذا نهض رفع يديه قبل ركبتيه
[Its chain is daif] Ibn Majah reported it in Iqamat al-Salawat, chapter on sujud, no. 882, from Hasan bin Ali Khallal with this wording, and Tirmidhi graded it hasan, no. 268.Sharik al-Qadi is a mudallis, as mentioned before at 728, and I did not find any explicit statement of his having heard it directly.
