Abdullah bin Umar reported,

When he began the prayer, he would say the takbir and raise his hands. He would do the same when he bowed, when he said, "Allah hears whoever praises Him," and when he rose from the two rakahs, he would raise his hands. He attributed this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

حدثنا نصر بن علي أخبرنا عبد الأعلى حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع

عن ابن عمر

أنه كان إذا دخل في الصلاة كبر ورفع يديه وإذا ركع وإذا قال سمع الله لمن حمده وإذا قام من الركعتين رفع يديه ويرفع ذلك إلى رسول الله ﷺ
