The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should urinate in still water, nor bathe in it to remove major ritual impurity."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا يحيى عن محمد بن عجلان قال سمعت أبي يحدث
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يبولن أحدكم في الماء الدائم ولا يغتسل فيه من الجنابة
Its chain of transmission is hasan. Ibn Majah reported it in Tahara, chapter on the prohibition of urinating in stagnant water, no. 344, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Ajlan, through this route.
