[Its chain is sahih]. Bayhaqi narrated it, 2/269, from the hadith of Abu Dawud and others in a similar manner, and it is found in Musnad Abdul-Razzaq, hadith 2272, in full. Ibn Jurayj explicitly stated that he heard it directly, according to Ibn Khuzayma, hadith 807.
