Abu Dharr reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every morning, charity is due upon every joint of the son of Adam. His greeting to whomever he meets is charity. His enjoining what is right is charity. His forbidding what is wrong is charity. His removing harm from the road is charity. His intimacy with his wife is charity."They asked, "Messenger of Allah, one of us fulfills his desire and it counts as charity for him?"He replied, "Tell me, if he had placed it in what is forbidden, would he not have sinned?"He continued, "Two units of prayer in the forenoon suffice in place of all of that."
