The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Supplication made between the adhan and the iqamah is not rejected."
حدثنا محمد بن كثير أخبرنا سفيان عن زيد العمي عن أبي إياس
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يرد الدعاء بين الأذان والإقامة
[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on what has been said about supplication not being rejected between the adhan and the iqama, hadith no. 212, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri through this route. He said, "Hasan sahih," though its chain of transmission is daif. It has corroborating narrations in Ahmad, 3/225, and elsewhere. Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, hadith nos. 426 and 427, as did Ibn Hibban, hadith no. 296.
