The Prophet ﷺ never left my house without raising his eyes to the sky and saying, "Allah, I seek refuge in You from going astray or being led astray, from slipping or being caused to slip, from wronging others or being wronged, and from acting ignorantly or having others act ignorantly toward me."

ما خرج النبي ﷺ من بيتي قط إلا رفع طرفه إلى السماء فقال اللهم أعوذ بك أن أضل أو أضل أو أزل أو أزل أو أظلم أو أظلم أو أجهل أو يجهل علي
[Its chain is daif] Tirmidhi, Chapters on Supplications, "A section on it [the supplication, In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah...]," no. 3427, and Nasai, no. 5488, and Ibn Majah, no. 3884, narrated it from the hadith of Mansur, through him.Shaybi did not hear from Umm Salama, according to Ibn Madini, and his view is the more correct one.
