He said, "We went out on a night of rain and intense darkness searching for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ so that he might lead us in prayer. When we caught up with him, he asked, 'Have you prayed?'I said nothing. He said, 'Speak.'I said nothing. Then he said, 'Speak.'I said nothing. Then he said, 'Speak.'I said, 'Messenger of Allah, what shall I say?'He replied, 'Recite Qul huwa Allahu ahad and the two surahs of refuge three times each in the evening and in the morning. They will suffice you against everything.'"
