The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever sees something shameful and conceals it is like one who has revived a buried infant girl."
حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك عن إبراهيم بن نشيط عن كعب بن علقمة عن أبي الهيثم
عن النبي ﷺ قال من رأى عورة فسترها كان كمن أحيا موءودة
[Hasan] Bukhari narrated it in Adab al-Mufrad, no. 758, from the hadith of Ibn Mubarak with this chain, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 493. Nasai narrated it in Kubra, no. 7282, from the hadith of Ibrahim bin Nushayt with this chain.Abu Haytham was deemed reliable by Ibn Hibban, and Hakim graded a hadith of his as sahih, 4/384, as did Dhahabi. Ibn Yunus Misri said, "His hadith is flawed," so he is hasan al-hadith. This hadith has corroborating narrations.
