A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I have a need to discuss with you."He said to her, "Mother of so-and-so, sit in whichever side street you wish, and I will sit with you there."So she sat down, and the Prophet ﷺ sat with her until she had finished what she needed.Ibn Isa did not mention the phrase "until she had finished what she needed." Kathir narrated it from Humayd, from Anas.
[Hasan] Ahmad narrated it, 3/119, from Marwan bin Muawiya Fazari, with this chain, and Tirmidhi narrated it in Shamail (no. 330, in my edition) from the hadith of Humayd Tawil, with this chain, and the following hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
