We visited Hudhayfa, and he said, "I know a man whom the trials will not harm in the least."We left, and we came upon a tent that had been pitched. We entered it and found Muhammad bin Maslama inside. We asked him about what Hudhayfa had said, and he replied, "I do not want anything from your cities to surround me until the trials clear up and reveal what they will."
