The Prophet ﷺ said, "The fingers are equal, ten camels for each."
حدثنا إسحق بن إسمعيل حدثنا عبدة يعني ابن سليمان حدثنا سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن غالب التمار عن حميد بن هلال عن مسروق بن أوس
عن النبي ﷺ قال الأصابع سواء عشر عشر من الإبل
[Sahih]. Ibn Majah, Blood Money, chapter on the blood money for fingers, no. 2654, and Nasai, no. 4849, narrated it from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, transmitted through the same chain, and he explicitly stated hearing it, as found in Bayhaqi 8/92. The hadith has other routes as well, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1527.
