The Prophet ﷺ gave judgment concerning a man who had relations with his wife's slave girl. He ruled that if he had forced her, she becomes free and he owes her mistress a slave girl like her, but if she consented to him, then she belongs to him and he owes her mistress a slave girl like her.The narrator said, and if she consented to him, then she and another like her from his property go to her mistress.
حدثنا علي بن حسين الدرهمي حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سلمة بن المحبق عن النبي ﷺ نحوه إلا أنه قال وإن كانت طاوعته فهي ومثلها من ماله لسيدتها
