The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Maez bin Malik, "Is what has reached me about you true?"Maez asked, "What has reached you about me?"He replied, "I have been told that you had relations with the slave-girl of the such-and-such clan."Maez said, "Yes."He then testified four times, so the Prophet ﷺ gave the order and he was stoned.
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا أبو عوانة عن سماك بن حرب عن سعيد بن جبير
قال رسول الله ﷺ لماعز بن مالك أحق ما بلغني عنك قال وما بلغك عني قال بلغني عنك أنك وقعت على جارية بني فلان قال نعم فشهد أربع شهادات فأمر به فرجم
