Fatimah bint Qays reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ once delayed the night prayer, then came out and said, "What kept me was a story Tamim Dari was telling me about a man on one of the islands of the sea. Suddenly he came upon a woman dragging her hair behind her.He asked, 'What are you?'She replied, 'I am the Jassasah. Go to that castle.'So he went to it, and there he found a man dragging his hair, bound in chains, leaping between heaven and earth.He asked, 'Who are you?'The man answered, 'I am the Dajjal. Has the Prophet of the unlettered people come forth yet?'He said, 'Yes.'The man asked, 'Did they obey him or disobey him?'He said, 'Rather, they obeyed him.'The man said, 'That is better for them.'"

أن رسول الله ﷺ أخر العشاء الآخرة ذات ليلة ثم خرج فقال إنه حبسني حديث كان يحدثنيه تميم الداري عن رجل كان في جزيرة من جزائر البحر فإذا أنا بامرأة تجر شعرها قال ما أنت قالت أنا الجساسة اذهب إلى ذلك القصر فأتيته فإذا رجل يجر شعره مسلسل في الأغلال ينزو فيما بين السماء والأرض فقلت من أنت قال أنا الدجال خرج نبي الأميين بعد قلت نعم قال أطاعوه أم عصوه قلت بل أطاعوه قال ذاك خير لهم
