Ibn Nafi reported to me from Ibn Shihab Zuhri, who said that Saeed bin Musayab said that Abu Qatada bin Rubai informed him, saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah the Exalted has said, 'I have made five prayers obligatory upon your nation, and I have made a covenant with Myself that whoever comes having observed them at their proper times, I will admit him into Paradise, and whoever does not observe them has no covenant with Me.'"

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Establishing Prayers, Chapter on What Has Been Said Regarding the Obligation of the Five Prayers and Maintaining Them, no. 1403, from the hadith of Baqiyyah, and its chain of transmission is daif. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Ahmad, 4/244, and Darimi, 1229, and others.
