The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not pluck out grey hair. There is no Muslim who grows a single grey hair in Islam," and in Sufyan's version, "except that it will be a light for him on the Day of Resurrection," and in Yahya's version, "except that Allah will record for him a good deed because of it and remove from him a sin because of it."

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تنتفوا الشيب ما من مسلم يشيب شيبة في الإسلام قال عن سفيان إلا كانت له نورا يوم القيامة وقال في حديث يحيى إلا كتب الله له بها حسنة وحط عنه بها خطيئة
Its isnad is hasan. Ahmad narrated it, 2/175, via Qattan, with the same chain, and Tirmidhi narrated it, no. 2821, Ibn Majah, no. 3721, and Nasai, no. 5071, from the hadith of Amr bin Shuayb, with the same chain. Ibn Ajlan stated clearly that he had heard it directly, and the hadith has many chains of transmission.
