The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Have you acquired any embroidered cushions?"I replied, "How could we have such cushions?"He said, "Indeed, you will soon have them."
حدثنا ابن السرح حدثنا سفيان عن ابن المنكدر
قال لي رسول الله ﷺ أتخذتم أنماطا قلت وأنى لنا الأنماط قال أما إنها ستكون لكم أنماط
Bukhari reported it in the Book of Marriage, chapter on decorated cushions and similar items for women, no. 5161, and Muslim in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the permissibility of using decorated cushions, no. 2083, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with the same wording.
