I made a black cloak for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he put it on. When he sweated in it, he detected the smell of wool and threw it off. The narrator said, I think he added that he used to like pleasant scents.
حدثنا محمد بن كثير أخبرنا همام عن قتادة عن مطرف
صنعت لرسول الله ﷺ بردة سوداء فلبسها فلما عرق فيها وجد ريح الصوف فقذفها قال وأحسبه قال وكان تعجبه الريح الطيبة
