It is reported from the Prophet ﷺ that he recited it as "you have reached from me" [Kahf 18:76], pronouncing it with emphasis.

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Tirmidhi recorded it in the chapter on Recitations, section, "From Surah Kahf," hadith 2933, from the hadith of Umaya bin Khalid, through this route, and he said, "Gharib." Abul Jariyah Abdi, Tirmidhi said, "He is unknown, his name is not known."
