The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about nushrah, and he said, "It is from the work of Satan."
حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا عقيل بن معقل قال سمعت وهب بن منبه يحدث
قال سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن النشرة فقال هو من عمل الشيطان
Takhrij, [its isnad is hasan]. Bukhari narrated it in Tarikh al-Kabir, 7/53, Tarikh al-Kabir, 7/53, from Ahmad bin Hanbal, and it is in his Musnad, 3/294.
