The Prophet ﷺ came to Saad bin Ubada, who brought out bread and oil, and the Prophet ﷺ ate. Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "May those who are fasting break their fast with you, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels send blessings upon you."
حدثنا مخلد بن خالد حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن ثابت
أن النبي ﷺ جاء إلى سعد بن عبادة فجاء بخبز وزيت فأكل ثم قال النبي ﷺ أفطر عندكم الصائمون وأكل طعامكم الأبرار وصلت عليكم الملائكة
Sourcing, [hasan]. Ahmad narrated it in 3/138, from Abdul-Razzaq, with this wording, at length, and it is found in Musannaf Abdul-Razzaq, no. 7907. Nawawi graded it sahih in Riyad Salihin, no. 1268.
