The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two manners of eating, sitting at a table where wine is being drunk, and a man eating while lying flat on his stomach.
[Its chain is daif] Hakim narrated it, 4/129, from the hadith of Kathir bin Hisham with this wording, and he graded it sahih according to the standard of Muslim, and Dhahabi agreed with him. See the following hadith for its flaw, and it has another flaw besides. Part of the hadith has a daif corroborating narration in Bayhaqi, 7/266.
