A drink would be prepared for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a waterskin tied at its top and having a spout at its lower end. It would be steeped in the morning and he would drink it in the evening, and steeped in the evening and he would drink it in the morning.

كان ينبذ لرسول الله ﷺ في سقاء يوكأ أعلاه وله عزلاء ينبذ غدوة فيشربه عشاء وينبذ عشاء فيشربه غدوة
