A friend of mine also narrated this hadith to me from him, and I remember my friend's version more accurately. He said,I married Umm Yahya bint Ubayy Ihab. Then a black woman came in to us and claimed that she had nursed us both. So I went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned this to him, but he turned away from me.I said, "Messenger of Allah, she is lying."He replied, "How do you know? She has said what she has said. Leave her."
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Marriage, chapter on the testimony of the wet nurse, no. 5104, from the hadith of Ayub Sakhtiyani through this same chain.
