I have never seen anyone prepare food like Safiyyah. She prepared a meal for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and sent it to him. I was overcome with a fit of trembling and broke the dish.I said, "Messenger of Allah, what is the expiation for what I have done?"He replied, "A dish like the dish, and food like the food."
