The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "The umra belongs to the one to whom it was given."
حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا أبان عن يحيى عن أبي سلمة
أن نبي الله ﷺ كان يقول العمرى لمن وهبت له
Bukhari narrated it in "Gifts, their Merit, and the Encouragement to Give Them," chapter on what has been said concerning umra and ruqba, no. 2625, and Muslim, in "Gifts," chapter on umra, no. 1625, from the hadith of Yahya bin Abu Kathir, with this same chain.
