The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Once land has been divided and its boundaries marked, there is no right of preemption in it."

[Hasan] Bayhaqi narrated it 6/104 from the hadith of Hasan bin Rabi through this chain, and Ibn Majah narrated it, no. 2497, through another route from Zuhri through this chain, and the preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
