The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade anyone from selling food he had purchased by measure until he had taken full possession of it.
حدثنا أحمد بن صالح حدثنا ابن وهب حدثنا عمرو عن المنذر بن عبيد المديني أن القاسم بن محمد حدثه أن
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى أن يبيع أحد طعاما اشتراه بكيل حتى يستوفيه
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Nasai narrated it in the Book of Sales, chapter on the prohibition of selling food purchased by measure before taking full possession of it, hadith no. 4608, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb, with this wording.Amr is Ibn Harith, and Mundhir bin Ubayd was deemed trustworthy by Ibn Hibban alone, and the hadith that follows makes his hadith unnecessary.
